PROFILE
President of the Senate, the Institute for Business Administration in Bucharest. Marcel is teaching Managing across National Borders. He has a Ph.D in economics and was trained in USA at Stanford (Stanford Executive Program, 1992) and at Harvard Business School (1993). Marcel also graduated the professional consultancy program at Washington State University (1994). He has been an expert in PHARE Programs and visiting professor at Oxford (1991).

CONSULTING ACTIVITIES
Marcel was the Executive Director of the Romanian-American Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and he collaborated with business schools in USA (University of Washington – Seattle, Kennesaw State University – Georgia).
He is representing the Institute for Business Administration in international organizations like AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business), EMBAC (Executive MBA Council), EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), CEEMAN (Central and Eastern European Management Development Association), AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce).

He is author and co-author of 16 books and many articles and scientific papers presented in Romania and abroad.
