On September 19, ASEBUSS invites you to the presentation of our Executive MBA program, followed by “Performance Management”, an EMBA course session with Prof. Simona Podgoreanu.

Simona is a reputable expert in human resources. For 17 years Associate Professor at ASEBUSS, she is appreciated for the high degree of applicability of human resources sessions addressed to managers from multinational or entrepreneurial firms, MBA and Executive MBA programs. After 13 years of HR experience in the largest group of Romanian agribusiness companies, Simona returns to HR consultancy as Partner at Stein&Partners. This step comes from the desire to help increase the performance of companies operating on the local market and will join Stein & Partner (an important player in the executive search and organizational development market in Central and Eastern Europe). Simona has a postgraduate training in HR Management (HEC Canada), a degree in International Management, Univ. of Social Science, France, IESE Spain, Bled School of Management Slovenia.
