Lavinia Rasca was consultant for entrepreneurs, she had a major contribution in the training process of SME’s consultants and assisted in the development of hundreds of business plans. Lavinia participated as an expert in USAID and PHARE programs. She was editor and deputy editor at Idei de Afaceri Magazine.

Dr. Rasca is member and founding member of several national and international associations, such as the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Romania, HR Club, Society for Business Excellence, Independent Directors Associations.

Ovidiu Dimbean was part of top management teams in a number of companies from various sectors in Romania, either multinational or local, acting as Finance Director or CFO for Eli Lilly & Company in Romania, Bulgaria and FR of Yugoslavia, Topway Industry, Arctic then Arcelik, Flanco Holding, Infopress Group, Lowe and Partners. He was a member of the Board of Directors at the AIG Pension fund, in the first four years since launching.

Ovidiu is a chartered accountant since 1999 and holds a PhD in finance and insurance.
