PROFILE

He graduated Harvard Business School in 1992 (CEETP Program) and Wharton Business School in 1993 (CEETP Program). He is a graduate of Academy of Economic Studies, Finance and Accounting. With an extensive teaching activity he participated in various international training programs at Canterbury Business School, UK in 1994 and London School of Economics in 1993. He is currently Finance and Administrative Director of ASEBUSS. He customized executive programs for major corporations such as Shell Romania, Alcatel Romania, Vodafone.

He is certified public accountant and certified financial auditor.

CONSULTING ACTIVITIES

Prof. Manaicu is a Senior Consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Romania. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Alro SA, Porsche Romania and RBS Romania. He is also Chairman of Auditing Committees at Policolor SA, Vimetco SA and Shell Romania
