With over 15 years of experience in the financial banking field, within one of the most prestigious financial institutions in Europe, Alina managed to accumulate an important capital of expertise, which facilitated the transition to entrepreneurship, in the area of business and management consulting.

Alina graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences – Management and the Faculty of Law, after which she continued her postgraduate studies in Financial-Banking Management and Business Law. In 2017 she graduated from ASEBUSS Business School and Kennesaw State University, Atlanta/ Georgia, USA – EMBA program.

In addition to the entrepreneurial activity carried out in the last 5 years, she was involved in research, having a PhD in Management, which focused on a topic that represents a novelty in academic research in Romania, which approaches the complex field of Neuromanagement, participating in multiple international projects and conferences.

Alina is constantly concerned with professional development and believes that the real performers are those who have the courage to step outside the comfort zone, to identify new ways to face challenges and to outline innovative business scenarios and approaches. She is also actively involved in volunteer actions, offering training, consulting and support in financial education processes and programs.

Consulting activities

Alina is involved in consulting projects focused on business structuring, the construction of financing scenarios and investment perspectives, being permanently engaged in the process of refining the strategic directions of the organizations, optimizing processes, improving financial performance, developing customized solutions and support tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the clients from a wide range of business sectors, such as real estate, trade, service sector, agriculture, IT etc.
