PROFILE

Simona is Human Resources Director at KPMG Romania and a senior executive with almost 20 years of experience. Her previous work experience was as  HR Director at Agricover (a major agribusiness player) for over 13 years.  She has permanently upgraded her knowledge in HR and Organizational Design field undertaking postgraduate qualifications at the top business schools and HR recognized professional organizations: Harvard, IESE Barcelona, HEC Montreal, etc.

Simona has been involved in Change Management and cultural transformation projects, Workforce Planning, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Learning and Development, as well as Compensation and Benefits.

In ASEBUSS she is well known for her interactive teaching style. In 2019 she was voted in top 3 trainers in a survey carried out by Learning Network on 600 managers.

CONSULTING ACTIVITIES

Simona offers consulting services through her own company, in areas as: HR strategy development, recruitment and performance management, comp&ben policy or internal communication

She is a Certified Coach and teaches in the Executive MBA  and Entrepreneurial MBA Programs: Changing the Game: Negotiation and Decision Making and Human Resources Management for Dynamic Growth.
